I had a wonderful experience with Ava Travel, Marcus was really helpful with all of my travel needs. This included booking all of my flights, arranging pick up and drop off, and all hotel bookings. Hey Marcus, I got your voicemail, our trip went very well and we had a great time!
Services were good, with the exception of waiting in line for approximately 20 minutes at the counter at IAH, not sure if that was on me or you, it was the documents that you ask from me on the day we left. I had taken copies with me so they took them, copied or scanned them then we were able to get on our way after that.
